The Lima range of stair carpet runner rugs come in a wide variety of colours and designs all made from quality polypropylene with a strong hessian backing meaning they will stay looking great for years. This carpet is cut from a roll meaning you can order any length required and we also offer a binding service meaning you can get the perfect length runner for your hall.

*** HOW TO BUY - PLEASE READ ***

Use as Stair Carpet:
1. Select your design from the drop-down entitled 'Design'
2. Select the width needed from the drop-down entitled 'Width'
3. To buy the correct length you enter the number in the quantity box that corresponds to the length you require in metres - if you require a length of 6 metres (20ft) then enter the number 6 into the quantity box and then select 'Buy It Now' or 'Add to Basket'. You will receive one length of 6 metres. 

Use as a Runner Rug:
1. Select your design from the drop-down entitled 'Design'
2. Select the width needed from the drop-down entitled 'Width'
3.To buy the correct length you enter the number in the quantity box that corresponds to the length you require in metres - if you require a length of 3 metres then enter the number 3 into the quantity box. Select 'Add to Basket'
4. You will then be directed to the 'Shopping Basket' page - on this page select 'Continue Shopping' and you will be taken back to the main eBay page where you need to enter the term 'binding the rug house' into the search box located at the top of the page (or into our shop search box if you are directed back to our shop page)
5. Click into the listing that appears (only one listing should appear) - In this listing you need to select the 'Add to Basket' button to purchase the binding with your runner (you do not need to enter a quantity of more than 1 unless you are purchasing more than one runner).
6.  Once the binding is added to the basket you can complete the purchase for both the runner and binding through eBay as normal.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Runners (bound) or stair carpet cannot be returned as they have been altered for sale
2. Binding costs an additional £10 and can take 7-10 working days to be completed
3. We can cut stair carpet/runners to any length required - contact us for further information

5. To convert feet to metres you multiply your figure in feet by 0.3048 (e.g. 10 feet converted to metres is 10 x 0.3048 = 3.048m)

Measuring for Stair Carpet:
To measure the length of stair carpet, measure the width of the step front to back (Normally around 9") and the height of the riser (Typically around 7"). Don't forget the top and bottom risers. A typical 13 step staircase would require 18ft (5.5metres) allowing a little extra. To convert feet into metres multiply the length in feet by 0.3048. This information is merely a guide and in no way can be assumed to apply to all staircases.

1. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order. Send it back to us within 14 days of receipt, in the condition it was received, and we will provide a full refund excluding return postage.
2. Please contact us prior to leaving feedback if there is a problem with your order so that it can be dealt with in a cordial manner.
3. If you are bidding from outside the UK or Ireland please contact us beforehand to clarify the cost of postage and packaging.
4. Cheques can take 7-10 working days to clear.
5. If you have any special order request  (Regarding change of colour, size, address or anything else) email us directly at sales@therughouse.co.uk or through eBay and ensure that you receive a request confirmation. Requests sent through Paypal will not be processed.

Postage Information

1. All Rugs are dispatched within 1 working day (Monday-Friday) of receiving cleared payment. Rugs are dispatched with Royal Mail or Parcelforce and normally arrive in 2 days.
2. If you have a Safe Place where deliveries can be left include the note with your order or email us with after your order has been placed.
3. Orders going to the following postcodes will be sent via Royal Mail and normally arrive within 2-5 working days.

All IV, ZE, JE, GY, HS1-9, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-77, PH17-50, PO30-41 Postcodes. We reserve the right to use Royal Mail for other areas not covered by Parcelforce.
