Against advise from my friend who repairs and sells computers I bought this 2 in 1 laptop/tablet on E bay . I am finding it easy to use and doing all I want . I phoned the supplier to ask advice on one function I could not get to work ( not the problem of the computer ) but me lacking in skills . To my surprise the response was excellent , they even had a technical department and one man talked me through my failings even giving me advise on how to achieve other things I knew nothing about. 10 out of 10 for this company. My friend has now changed his mind .
