Any information collected during the order process is used strictly for internal purposes and we collect only the basic login data (e.g., email address, Forename & Surname etc…the password that is issued to you is encrypted, so therefore no employee of Litecraft can see or view your password) when you place an order with us. This information is then only used to identify our customers and to send you the order confirmation.
We then collect the delivery and billing information (e.g. billing, delivery addresses, phone numbers etc…) at the Checkout page, in order to process your order and to contact you should there be a problem. Under absolutely no circumstances will any of this data be sent to a third party.

Goods will be dispatched the same day providing the order is processed before 2pm. NB It can take up to 30 minutes to process your order. Please note that to guarantee same day dispatch the delivery address must match the billing address, if you require delivery to an address that does not match the billing address there will be a delay of approximately 72 hours. If you are in any doubt about status/delivery of your order please don't hesitate to call us.
Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 3-5 working days of acceptance of order. If the agreed delivery date cannot be met, you will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or cancel the order.
Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding any Bank or National Holidays. If no one is available to take delivery from our couriers, a calling card will be left. If you do not contact the courier, a further two delivery attempts will be made. If the courier is still unable to deliver after this point the Goods will be returned to Litecraft.
Please note you are required to examine your Goods at point of delivery and sign 'received in good condition'. If the package is damaged please sign delivery paperwork 'accepted package damaged' or if you so wish, refuse the delivery. Please always check your goods on delivery or if not given time please sign for as unexamined. If the packaging is damaged please sign accepted package damaged. If not satisfied please refuse the delivery, however if you have signed received in good condition we will subsequently not refund or pay for collection of goods.
If you require re-delivery, Litecraft reserve the right to charge these additional shipping costs. Should you wish to cancel the order at this point, Litecraft reserve the right to deduct from any refund the cost of the initial delivery charge plus extraneous costs incurred as a result of the Goods being returned to Litecraft.
1 Hour Delivery Window
Our courier will provide you with a one hour delivery window so you don't have to wait in all day for your parcel. You will be notified of the time via text or email, if the delivery date is not convenient; you can contact our courier to change it.
If the goods are faulty/damaged on delivery
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, customers do sometimes receive products which are damaged in transit. Please inspect all deliveries from Litecraft as soon as you receive them and not when you are going to fit or install the products. The outer packaging may look un-damaged but you still need to inspect the product that you have ordered when you receive it.
If you do find that your order is damaged in anyway on receipt then please contact Litecraft customer services as soon as possible so we can arrange to collection and replacement of your goods.
If you change your mind
Here at Litecraft we offer a 7 day no questions asked money back guarantee (UK ONLY). If you wish to return any goods you must inform us in writing (letter, email or fax) within 7 days beginning on the day of delivery of those goods. The date of delivery will be as recorded by our carriers. Once we have your request for a return our customer services will give you an authorisation number. Goods without returns authorisation number will not be accepted. Please ensure all goods are returned with their original packaging, complete with all other associated components sent with them such as lamps (light bulbs).
Goods should be in an undamaged condition. The cost of returning the Goods will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price if a collection is arranged by us Litecraft. Alternatively Goods can be sent back by your own method of transportation at your own cost. Please note that you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit and that we receive the goods.
