1.1 We have kept our Terms & Conditions Of Sale fair, simple & easy to understand. Please take a moment to read these. If you have any questions or require clarification please do not hesitate to contact us.
1.2 By clicking on the ‘Buy It Now’ button and making your purchase you are accepting these Terms & Conditions Of Sale.
2. Postage & Packing:
2.1 T-mex will take every reasonable care in packaging & despatching all orders.
2.2 Our postal rate is not just the price of the stamp but includes packaging and transport costs to the Post Office. If you consider that our postal rates are excessive then please do not purchase.
2.3 T-mex offer a Royal Mail 2nd class postal service and ‘Next-Day’ courier service using Parcel Force 24. Customers requiring an alternative delivery service should contact T-mex Limited before paying for their order.
2.4 Orders received before 12:00 Noon Monday to Friday will generally be despatched the same day. Orders received after 12.00 Noon on Friday and those received on Saturday & Sunday will generally be despatched on the following Monday.
2.5 ‘Next-Day Delivery’ orders’ will generally be sent using ‘Parcel Force 24’ service. A tracking number will be provided on request.
2.6 ‘Next-Day Delivery’ orders received after 12.00 Noon on Friday and those received over the weekend will generally be despatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. The Parcel Force 24 service offered by T-mex Limited does not include deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.
2.6 Please note that Parcel Force 24 will require a signature as ‘proof of delivery’ when the order is delivered. If no-one is available to provide a signature then Parcel Force will be unable to leave the order which will be returned to their depot or local Post Office. Under these circumstances a card advising that the delivery was attempted should be left.
3. Non-UK Deliveries:
3.1 T-mex Limited will despatch to all European countries at the same flat rate. For alternative destinations please contact T-mex Limited for a quotation.
3.2 It is T-mex company policy to despatch all non-UK orders, irrespective of value, using an ‘International Signed-For’ service.
4. Returns Policy – Faulty Goods:
4.1 Unless otherwise stated, T-mex Limited offer a 100% money back refund on any goods supplied that are shown to be defective or do not meet the description in the e-bay listing.
4.2 We request that the purchaser pay postage costs to return the item(s) to T-mex Limited by courier or postal service requiring a signature.
4.3 Upon safe receipt of the returned item(s) and inspection to verify the goods are faulty T-mex Limited will refund the full price of the goods together with all postal charges.
4.4 Refunds will be via Pay Pal only.
5. Returns Policy – Non-Faulty Goods:
5.1 This policy is in respect of goods that meet all the requirements in the listing but the purchaser wishes to return.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, T-mex Limited operate a 100% money back refund on the purchase price of all its goods provided the goods are returned to us in a perfect and unused condition and in their original packaging.
5.3 The purchaser should adequately and securely package all goods to avoid damage in transit.
5.4 The purchase is to pay all postage costs for the returned goods and it is recommended that goods are returned to us by courier or postal service requiring a signature.
5.5 T-mex Limited accepts no responsibility whatsoever for goods not received unless the purchaser can provide a signed ‘proof of delivery’.
5.6 Upon safe receipt of the returned goods T-mex Limited will refund the full purchase price less the original postage costs.
5.7 Where items are listed with ‘Free Delivery’ the actual postal charges paid will be deducted from the refund.
5.8 Refunds will be via Pay Pal only.
