In the unlikely event you purchase a faulty item, please contact ACM Supplies Ltd. as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent, providing we have been informed of the fault within 7 working days from the date of delivery. A refund of postage costs to the customer will be made by ACM Supplies Ltd. If you change your mind about a product, or if it doesn’t fit, you need to inform ACM Supplies Ltd. within 7 working days from the date of delivery that you would like to return an item. The cost of postage is then the responsibility of the customer. In all cases outside the 7 day period, ACM Supplies Ltd. reserve the right to inspect, repair or replace the item at our discretion. All items returned to ACM Supplies Ltd. must be in the original packaging, un-damaged and in a re-saleable condition. If a refund is preferred, rather than new goods, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the goods. A refund will not be issued until we have received and checked the goods. Your refund will be issued, minus 10%. This is to cover our original delivery cost. We suggest you take out carrier insurance, because if the goods arrive at ACM Supplies Ltd., damaged, or not in a re-saleable condition, no refund will be made. A signature will be required for all goods delivered by courier. This will usually be larger and heavier items. ACM Supplies Ltd advises all customers to examine an item before signing for it and accepting it in good condition. Once signed for, ACM Supplies Ltd cannot accept the return of damaged goods.
