D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) We offer a 14 day D.O.A. period with all items An RMA number must be requested by email within 14 days with a description of the fault. If a replacement is available this will be shipped on receipt and checking of the faulty item or alternatively a refund will be made. A 15% re-stocking fee may be incurred if goods are found to have any signs of abuse, are not returned in their original packaging with all manuals/accessories or are found to be in full working order. As well as the D.O.A. period stated above the following warranty applies depending on the grading of the product: Grade 1 - product is new with full manufacturer warranty Outside the D.O.A. period you should contact the manufacturer directly for warranty in the first instance Grade 2 - product is new but may not be covered by manufacturer warranty. We offer 45 day (inclusive of 14 day D.O.A. period) warranty on Grade 2 items. If a warranty claim is required outside 14 days please follow the same procedure as described in section D.O.A. above Grade 3 - product is used and may not be covered by manufacturer warranty There is no further warranty outside the 14 day D.O.A. period. What if I change my mind? If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt. The item must not be used, the box not unsealed and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you have informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. What if my item is damaged on receipt? If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. So Where do I go now? They will provide you with a RMA number which must be included with your item as well as full information on your purchase.
