135 Bermuda Holiday Park is our 3 bedroom chalet on Bermuda Holiday Park . The chalet accommodates up to 8 people (including 2 on sofa bed) and 1 baby in travel cot. It enjoys a sought after position on the park and is fronted by a large family friendly grass area where the children can play while you relax and enjoy the sunshine.
The accommodation is arranged over 2 floors with the kitchen, lounge with sofa bed, and bathroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. There is 1 double room, 1 twin room, 1 bunk bed room with duvets and plenty of pillows provided. The travel cot will fit in either the double or bunk bed room.
The chalet comes with everything to make your stay comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen including cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and seating area.
The lounge is comfy with a 3 seater sofa bed and 2 armchairs,Flat screen tv with freeview and a dvd player.
It comes fully equiped with everything you need for the younger members of your family as well, including travel cot, highchair and stair gates,at the top and bottom of the stairs
The large bathroom is also well equipped includes an electric shower over the bath. Heated towel rail and bathroom fan heater
This chalet is ready to move straight into or to rent out providing you with additional income.
Here is a bit of a update that should cover the answers to the many questions i have had about this chalet :-)
The lease on this chalet has over 60 years remaining.The council tax is about £400.00,i have them on buisness rates under the small buisness scheme and i get my first one free and the other 5 on a sliding scale,so if this was your only chalet and you were going to rent it out, it would qualify for free council tax as well.
The only other bills is the annual site fee which i think are very very reasonable £1066.00 per year.
The electric is on a pay as you go coin meter so you recieve no bills.There is no gas in the chalet so no bill ,and the water is part of the annual site fee,so again no bills there either.
The chalet is very popular and generates a good rentle income and is booked out all this season,i am happy to pass the current bookings to the new owner should they require them.The rent income due for the kids school summer holiday alone amounts to aproximatly £2610.00.
If the bookings are not required by the new owner i shall move them to a friends chalet
