Uk, Items are usually delivered via royal mail 1st class recorded. Europe & rest of world are also all signed for and available for tracking ,except when sending one small signs (45x25cm,1.05 kilo). Delivery time from dispatched are approximate 1-2 working day (to UK) and 4 working day (to Europe). 4 working day (to rest of world).

if shipped outside u.k, buyer  must provided telephone number for the shipping company to start the Process of sending your item off.

Nb: Remote area surcharges are applicable. ( Corfu in Greece  is a example of this). If this is the case we will email for the additional charge of £19.99. In 95% of the cases this surcharge wont apply.

Return & Refund

We do a double quality check and take video before the goods leave our office. This video is the evidence to show that the item and it supplies and is in full working order and no damages before delivery.

Full refund if you are not happy with our product, the product must be returned to site within 7 days of receipt in the same condition as received with full packaging intact. In the event of any damages or shortages, please advise us through eBay within 48hrs of receipt. items returned to us must be returned in original packaging intact. Failure to do so will result no refund. P&P costs are non refundable& the cost of returning any item to us is payable by the buyer in all circumstances Adequate packing and postage must be provided for any returned items. No refunds will be issued until the item has been inspected and any defect, fault or damage is established.

returns due to fault: If no fault is found, and the item is in full working order, the item will be returned to the buyer, and postage and admin costs will be charged.
