I'm selling my lovely 6-day, 5-night holiday in Tenerife in the Canary Islands. I bought this holiday months ago, but due to a last-minute emergency I'm no longer able to go. I'm able to change the names of travelers, but am unable to get a refund - which is why I'm selling it. I will pay the £250 change fee myself - I simply want to recoup the cost of the holiday which will be £499 total - an incredible price for a 5-star holiday at an upmarket resort in July. This is for a standard double room for 2 people from 1 July to 6 July 2011.

The accommodation at the Costa Adeje Gran Hotel is bed & breakfast only, but you can upgrade to all inclusive food and drinks package for approximately £200 per person. The Costa Adeje Gran Hotel enjoys fantastic views of the main resort and the beautiful beach in the Costa Adeje area of Tenerife and is close to one of the resorts most popular shopping malls and the beach in the resort is about a 10-minute walk from the Costa Adeje Gran Hotel. The 5-star Costa Adeje Gran Hotel is only 20-miles from the airport, which is perfect if you’re travelling with small children, as transfer times are just 40-minutes to Costa Adeje. Each room offers a mini bar, safe, balcony/terrace and air conditioning. Other facilities at the hotel include 2 swimming pools, a heated children’s pool, exclusive areas for naturists to use, children’s entertainment, a disco, fitness room/gym, children’s playground and a roof top pool with panoramic views of the ocean and the mountains. The sun terrace is surrounded by tropical gardens with sunbeds, parasols and towels for exclusive use in the swimming pool. On the roof is a swimming pool of adults with solarium and superb panoramic views to the Atlantic Ocean and mountains.

The hotel offers an international buffet style restaurant with show cooking and special menus for children, as well as vegetarians. The La Laja a la carte restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and offers some great Italian dishes. The La Laja buffet restaurant offers an exclusive buffet with selected ingredients and daily show cooking and finally El Puente is a small and charming restaurant, very close to the pool area. Guests can choose between eating in the restaurant with its pleasing local decor or on its pool side terrace. There is also a pool bar, juice bar and piano bar.
