As soon as we saw the Keystation MINI we were excited, it's such a fantastic little controller, and with the M-Audio name it's a trusted brand. But when we saw they were throwing a copy of Sibelius First software in with the keyboard we were absolutely bowled over! We try to make your purchase as simple and easy as possible. Our items are all in brand new, unopened, factory sealed condition unless they are clearly marked as b-stock.


FREE shipping: Any items purchased and paid for before 1pm with free shipping will be dispatched the same day. Although we aim to get the item to you quickly (normally 3-5 days) we ask that you allow 15 working days for the item to arrive. 


NEXT DAY shipping: If you choose the expedited shipping and pay before 3pm it will be dispatched same day and should normally arrive next working day (so if you buy on a Friday you can expect to receive it Monday). You will be sent a tracking reference so that you can follow the status of your parcel from our warehouse to you.

Unwanted Items


Items returned with all packaging in as new condition will be given a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Please call 0115 824 2020 for a returns number WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE. The items remain your responsibility until we receive them so you please make sure that you use an insured delivery service to return and package carefully to avoid damage in transit. Alternatively, we can arrange collection with our courier, although this service is chargeable.


Note that once software has been opened it cannot be returned for copyright reasons, so please check system requirements carefully before purchase.


Faulty Items


If you are unlucky enough to receive an item that is faulty straight out of the box it will be replaced. Please call 0115 989 2233 or email sales@musiconmypc.co.uk to arrange a return.
