Archival-quality DVDs are known to randomly fail leading to permanent data loss. The major failure mechanism is rooted within the data layer, the very core of recordable DVD technology. This layer consists of organic dyes that are chemically altered when data is written. Information is "burned" into the disc by creating light or bleached spots. The data is the contrast between light and dark spots. However, the dark spots fade over time, nullifying the burning process. This is why natural processes corrupt the data on the DVD in just a few short years. The National Archives warns that the shelf life of a regular DVD is only 2-5 years.
The M-DISC is constructed of inorganic, synthetic materials that preserve data forever. These materials cannot be overwritten, erased, or corrupted by natural processes. It is as if data were etched in "stone".
In addition to preserving data permanently, the M-DISC is designed to be backward compatible with standard DVD players. Once data is store on the M-DISC it is readily accessible using a common DVD players.

European Union, also worldwide (depending on shipping limitations). We
do NOT ship to P.O. (post office) boxes. Please inquire additional
shipping fees and alternate shipping address requests via e-mail ebay@duplicator4all.com.

pays for shipping, unless already included in the item price. Shipping
is non-refundable. Usual processing time after receiving customer order
is 24 to 48 hours (orders can be delayed depending on stock
availability). Most orders placed on normal business days ship out that
same business day, if not, the very next business day.
- For PayPal payment, we only
ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal.
- We do not ship to P.O. (post
office) Boxes.

- Primarily PayPal. ALL PayPal payments MUST have a CONFIRMED shipping address listed with the payment and/or MUST be from a VERIFIED PayPal account.
- We ONLY accept credit cards issued in EU countries.Countries outside the EU can pay with bank wire transfer ONLY.
- Payment
must be cleared within 3 days from the date of purchase for all

Return Policy |

No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. To request an RMA
number, please e-mail rma@duplicator4all.com. Any merchandise returned
without an RMA number will be refused and sent back at the customer's
own expense. An RMA number is valid for 14 days from the issued date.
The product must be sent in ALL the original packaging, including the
box(es) with the original EAN codes, manuals, all other accessories, and
documentation provided by the manufacturer..
- ALL returns for refunds/exchanges must be made within 28 business days from the invoice date.

DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to us within 28
days from the invoice date, at our discretion, for credit, replacement,
exchange, or repair. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 20%
penalty. ANY returns, defective or non-defective returns, received not
in "like new condition" and missing original materials, i.e., original
box, packaging material, accessories, etc., are subject to a 30%
restocking fee. After 28 business days, the manufacturer’s warranty
applies.

The customer pays for the shipping for all returns back to us. We
recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or
damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of
delivery for your protection. We are not responsible for any damages to
the product during shipment. We ship back returns to the customer via
UPS Ground in EU countries. The customer must pay for shipping both ways
for countries outside EU.

If merchandise arrives damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back to the
carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, make sure it is
noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for us to file a claim.
Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, and
notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection. If you do
not notify us of all damaged goods within the first 3 days of arrival,
our normal return policy will override any claim of damage, and the
merchandise will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.

Expected turn-around time for all exchanges is 30 days. Although we
will strive to process claims within 4 to 5 business days, shortage of
inventory, overload, or other circumstances may delay the process.

RMA number must be visible on all return shipments; otherwise, it may
be refused and returned back to you. A copy of the invoice must be
included in returning package.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All sales for blank media, including, but not limited to CD, DVD, LightScribe, Blu-ray, are FINAL.
- For credits or refunds on returns, the latest prices less shipping and handling charges will apply.
- Physical damage will void the warranty.

for all replacements in the event of shortage of supplies of the same
products.
