Unworn / Unsuitable items If you need to return your purchase because it does not fit or unsuitable please state the reason for returning and whether a replacement or refund is required. The item(s) must be returned in original unworn condition in it's original package within 28 days of purchase. All items must be able to be returned to stock. If a replacement is required please ensure you state the style, colour & size of the item you require in exchange. Buyers are responsible for all charges relating to return postage and replacement items will be sent at their cost. Postage charges are not refundable if buyer requested a refund after returning the item. Faulty Items In the unfortunate case of an item which has developed a fault, which has not been caused by misuse, within 28 days of purchase, please return it to us. All items must be inspected by the manufacture.Upon identification of a fault we will refund a cost of the item or send a replacement.
