All payments are to be made within 5 days of the end of the auction. Payment can be made by PayPal, cash on collection or cheque. If you are paying by cheque, please allow at least 5 working days for the cheque to clear, before we can dispatch your item. Please make any cheques payable to: Bournemark Ltd. Items that have not been paid for within 5 days of the end of auction will be re-listed and an unpaid item dispute will be lodged with eBay against the buyer
All postage charges are for U.K. Mainland only. Excess charges may apply for outlying Scottish regions, Isle of Wight / Man, ROI & offshore islands. Postage and packaging are not just for the postage cost; we are a business, packaging materials and staff time come at a cost! We do NOT dispatch outside the UK, unless confirmed in the “ask a question” before the listing ends. Overseas bidders who purchase/win without confirming overseas shipping and agreed charges will have transaction cancelled and if payment made refunded. Dispatch of your item may be delayed if the correct postage is not paid.
Large and heavy items are usually dispatched by courier, smaller items are usually dispatched via Royal Mail recorded/special delivery. All items require a signature on delivery. In the event that delivery attempts fail or are refused and the item is returned to us for any reason, the item will only be re-dispatched once a handling and re-posting fee is paid. Such fee will be reflective of business time & postage. Claims for damage/loss during transit will not be accepted unless postal insurance is purchased, an option to take insurance is offered at the checkout/payment process. In the event of any damages or shortages, please advise us through eBay within 48hrs of receipt. In the event of non delivery claims must be notified within 4 working days of expected delivery date. You will be advised by email of the dispatch date and expected delivery on the day of dispatch. P&P costs are non refundable & the cost of returning any item to us is payable by the buyer in all circumstances.
If goods are damaged in transit (only applicable when transit insurance has been paid) or defective, you must inform us through eBay within 48 hours of receipt. Where an item is listed as sold with fault, no claims for defective items can be made and returns are not accepted. Items returned to us, must be returned in any original packaging with all accessories, manuals and/or documentation sold with the item. Adequate packing and postal insurance must be provided for any returned items. All returned items are subject to inspection by our courier and our returns department. If no defect is found, and the item is in full working order, the item will be returned to the buyer, and postage and admin costs will be charged. Such costs will be reflective of business time & postage. No refunds will be issued until the item has been inspected and any defect, fault or damage is established. If you wish to return an item simply due to not wanting the item we will accept returns but they will be subject to a £10.00 or 10% of the sale price handling fee whichever is the higher, original delivery charges will not be refunded in these circumstances
