If you return the item back with Royal Mail, we ask you use Second Class/48 service signed for/trackable and NOT Special delivery.
Again, please use an economic service, but we suggest a trackable service.
Items returned from a Non E.U country should have “Returns” written in large writing on the packaging of the parcel and a value of £0.00. Otherwise U.K customs will try charging us for receiving a parcel, when we do not have to pay.
Liability of returns:
If the item is not returned to us via an untracked/signed for service, the buyer is responsible for any loss. Also, if the item has been returned Tracked/Signed For and the courier company has lost it, it's the buyer's responsibility to claim for the missing parcel. This is because the seller is the recipient of the item and cannot claim on the buyers behalf.
Claiming for lost parcels through Royal Mail. From the date you returned the parcel, you have to wait until 15 working days for UK, 20 working days for E.U and 25 working days for R.O.W.
If an item is incorrectly sent or faulty, buyers need to contact us immediately before the return is sent. Please send us a photo of the issue so we can make a satisfactory decision.
As soon as we receive your parcel, we will endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7 days for a refund to be processed.
