Please be aware that any paypal payment that you 'fund' from your bank in the form of an 'Echeque' takes 10 days to clear
even though the money normally leaves your bank account in around 4 days!

Paypal payments 'funded' by credit, debit card, or the balance in your paypal account are instant.
e-cheques through Paypal normally take 10 days to clear.
CHEQUE
We allow 5-7 days for cheques to clear in the bank before sending goods
POSTAL ORDER
We treat these as cash, so there are no delays. Item despatched within 24 hours on normal working days.
DIRECT BANK TRANSFER
Please ask for details of our bank account number, if you wish to use this method.
CREDIT CARD
We cannot accept credit cards over the phone. Please visit Paypal and use their facilities.
OVERSEAS BUYERS
Paypal or Bank transfer only
We have our post collected from out warehouse every day Monday to Friday. (exc bank holidays, and exceptional circumstances)
Usually our post is sent by 1st class or 1st class recorded mail, unless you have specified Special Delivery and paid for it on the checkout.
We keep all royalmail proof of posting certificates and tracking numbers for items sent through the post.
WE CANNOT CONTROL ROYAL MAIL!
Ebay, in their wisdom have shown an expected delivery time next to the shipping methods.
They state 1-2 days for 1st class mail, however Royalmail state:
We aim to deliver most First Class mail by the next working day, including Saturdays.

That you must:
Please wait 15 working days (from the due date of delivery) before completing a lost post form.
We would not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed.
We allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender if there are any delivery problems.
So if you item does not arrive within 2 days of you buying it, please dont send us nasty emails asking why we hav'nt sent your item yet.
(yes, believe us people do that)
If you do not receive an email saying your item has been despatched withn 48 hours of cleared payment, please email us to confirm despatch.
We will advise you of any problems that may delay the shipping of your item/s
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We have decided to offer a worldwide shipping service.
This is through Royal Mail International signed for service.
Once the Royal Mail passes the item to your Country’s postal service, it will be your responsibility to you to check with your postal service.
(We are not able to do this for you)

As soon as you agree to buy an item on Ebay, you are entering into a LEGAL CONTRACT.
Please make payment immediately after you purchase.
After 7 days of non payment, an unpaid dispute will be automatically opened.
If payment or contact is not received within 7 days of the dispute opening, it will then be closed and you will receive an unpaid strike and Ebay advised.

To keep our Prices reasonable for our customers, we do not pay high street rent and rates for a retail shop.
We operate a 'mail order' service only, so collections are not available from our Warehouse.

Response to Emails/Queries etc
Our email response centre is manned from 8.30am to 6pm
Monday to Friday/Normal working days with a limited facility on Saturday/Sunday so responses may be delayed.
They endevour to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt. However, it is usually quicker to check our FAQ and thoroughly read the listing as most questions are answered in there.
We may also reply to any questions directly to your email address, rather than through the ebay messaging system.
MOST IMPORTANT: It is far easier to keep the thread of a conversation by clicking “reply” when replying to our emails, we then receive all previous details.
If you do not receive a reply to your question within 24 hours or so, it will usually be because of these reasons:
We haven't received it
We have replied, but you haven't checked your email program (outlook express, hotmail etc)
We have replied, but your email program has put our reply into your 'spam' folder (Please check your settings in Hotmail and Yahoo etc)
You have asked a question which is already answered in the listing or our 'Frequently asked questions'
You have been rude, threatening or insulting.
(We are humans, and a 'Hi' and 'Thanks', 'regards' etc go along away.)
