Shipping:

Your purchase will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or Royal Mail Special Delivery delivery depending on the choice you select. We aim to post the goods the next working day after cleared payment has been received. We will inform you via e-mail when you purchase has been dispatched along with the tracking number for your parcel.
Standard Royal Mail Policy:

It is standard Royal Mail policy to return packages to the local Royal Mail sorting office if the recipiant is unavailable to accept a delivery. You can then call them to arrange re-delivery or pick-up, if you do not know the location or contact number for your local Royal Mail sorting office contact us and we will find out for you. If your purchase is not collected or re-delivery arranged within 3 weeks Royal Mail will return the package to us. We can then re-send the item to you, however we would require you to repay the original postage cost. We can also give you a refund minus the original postage costs. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item we can either offer you a full refund or an exchange. All deliveries are sent recorded and so the delivery status can be traced from the Royal Mail website, if you would like to have your Track and Trace number please message us to

We only accept payment via Paypal or Credit card. Postal Order, Cheques are not accepted. We aim to dispatch all goods the next working day after receiving cleared payment, however Monday to Friday we usually dispatch the same day if order is received before 3pm. We will keep you informed via e-mail when we dispatch your purchase.
 
If you can not pay via PayPal and are interested in buying from us please let us know and we may allow other forms of payment.
 
eBay checkout must be completed within 3 days of purchasing and payment must be made within 5 days of purchase. An unpaid item case will  be opened for any item not paid for within 5 days.

Denim Base hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase,however if you wish to return the any goods they must be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange. The returned goods must be unworn with all tags and labels attached and in the orignal packaging.

It is strongly advised that you return your item by a signed for delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods lost in transit.

It would help to process your return a lot faster if you email your details and the reason for your return, please return the invoice stating the reason with your item.

Please allow up to 5 working days for damaged goods as they need to be inspected.

All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks.

If you require an exchange please send the item back to us along with £3.00 if based in the uk to cover the postage costs.
