Refunds and Returns policy

Please do not return the t-shirt, Hoodie or Polo shirt to us before contacting us to ensure that your request satisfies our returns policy.

Any items sent back without an authorisation number will be refused and sent back to the sender.

All our T shirts, hoodies,jumpers and jackets are custom printed to order, we do not have 'stock' of any designs

With the huge variety of colours, sizes and designs that we offer, keeping a stock of any design is totally impractical.

Under UK law 'custom made' or 'made to order' products are exempt from the internet distance selling rules and as a result are not eligible for refunds or returns.

So, we're not obliged to offer refunds if you've ordered the wrong size. However we do offer an exchange service for wrongly ordered items as long as they are not personalised.

ANY ITEM PRINTED WITH PERSONALISATION ON IT CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED SORRY! ALL OTHER REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ARE DOWN TO OUR DECISION BASED ON THE REASONS MENTIONED.

All clothing that you wish to exchange must be returned to us and should be in their original condition,smoke/odour free, unworn and unwashed. It is your responsibility to get your order back to us in good condition, when sending your order back we recommend using an insured service such as Royal Mail recorded delivery.



Any items returned from overseas will have the international postage cost deducted from any refund, so for example if you are returning an item for refund or size exchange from the USA and paid £9.99 for the original postage we will deduct this from the refund or if sending out a larger size will have to charge you a new postage cost of £9.99.

When you contact us requesting an exchange, we'll send you a Paypal invoice for the exchange fee. Once this is paid you can send the clothing back to us.
