CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PARCEL US BUYERS:

To file a claim for loss or damage of your parcel, you must email us all information including order number within 15 days of order date. Claims will not be accepted after 15 days from order date. Claims are processed with USPS after 30 days from date of shipment. Claim completion time will vary as it is dependent on USPS claim processing time. We may require additional information from you to accept your claim including photographic evidence of damage in shipping.

CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PARCEL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

To file a claim for loss or damage of your parcel, you MUST HAVE PURCHASED USPS EXPRESS SERVICE OR FED EX SERVICE. NO OTHER METHOD CAN BE CLAIMED. You must email us all information including order number within 20 days of order date. Claims will not be accepted after 20 days from order date. Claims are processed with USPS after 21 days from date of shipment for most countries. Select countries claim time is up to 90 days from shipment date. Claim completion time will vary as it is dependent on USPS claim processing time.

Delivery Times

ACW operates M-TH 8-5 PT (excluding US holidays). We process orders these same business hours. Orders received Thursday before 9 a.m. Pacific time will process that day. Orders received after 9 a.m. Thursdays will not process until the following Monday. Orders received Friday-Sunday will process the following Monday or Tuesday.

USPS First Class Mail 4-10 days.
USPS Priority Mail 3-7 days.
Fed Ex Ground 5-10 days

International:

Delivery times are impossible to calculate due to customs involvement. Most European countries will be approximately 2-3 weeks with any USPS service. Most countries in Asia will run 3-6 weeks with any USPS service. Shipments to South America take 6-12 weeks with any USPS service (we recommend only EXPRESS Service to South America). Shipments to Canada take 2-4 weeks with any USPS service. Shipments to Australia take 4-8 weeks with any USPS service. Shipments to France, Spain and Italy take 3-8 weeks for delivery (we offer only Fed Ex and USPS Express Service to France, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, Greece, Italy and a few other countries). BEFORE PURCHASING, MAKE SURE WE SHIP TO YOU WITH A METHOD YOU AGREE WITH. WE WILL NOT CANCEL ORDERS DUE TO YOUR DISAGREEMENT OF SHIPPING METHOD WE OFFER.

Hazardous Materials

Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, fragrance, nail polish etc.) are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments we require Fed Ex Ground shipping. These items can not be shipped outside the US or to Alaska and Hawaii.

A caution to those looking for discounted "retail perfect" products, we do not guarantee any item will be "retail perfect" if it is discounted from regular retail price. In addition, if a product is clearly marked with an expiration date and it is past that date, ACW will make note of that in the items description. If a product does not have an expiration date printed on it, we do not guarantee it was made less than 2 years ago. Remember we are primarily a discount site.

Some of the items we sell may be marked Tester, NFIS, Free Sample etc. These items were originally manufactured to be tester units (never used or tested), sold in a set or given as a gift with purchase at the retail level. Cosmetic companies liquidate the overstock of these items to the wholesale market. We purchase these items from the manufacturer, we do not get them free. We find these products to be a great way to sample an item without the cost of buying a full size product and finding out you really don't like it. Please note that not all product descriptions will note the item is a tester unit of marked NFIS, therefore not all items on ACW are suitable as gifts.
