If your item is faulty, incorrectly sent or any other issue you must contact our customer service department within 7 days of purchase for advice before returning the parcel, you will be expected to provide a detailed explanation of the issue and provide photos of the item and any further issues, we will be unable to further process the return until we have received this. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return item to us in an un-used state in the original packaging and must be back to us within 30 days of purchase and we'll give you a refund or exchange minus postage costs. ANY ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED / EXCHANGED (UNLESS AGREED PRIOR) AND YOU WILL BE CONTACTED TO COVER THE POSTAGE COST TO RETURN THE ITEM TO YOURSELF.
