We understand that from time to time buyer may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 14 day returns policy to enable buyers to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
Returns: Where buyers have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then buyers will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
(a) We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of purchase of the product.
(b) The returned product is unused, in its original [unopened] packaging and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
Returns procedure: In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, buyers must contact us in order to arrange the return. Returns costs must be paid by the buyer and no refund will be issued (Unless we have made a mistake and sent out the wrong item).
Refunds: We will issue a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by the buyer in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges (Unless we have made a mistake and sent out the wrong item).
