To ensure that your item can be dispatched as quickly as possible, Paypal is the preferred method. However, if you do not have a paypal account, we accept direct bank transfer & postal orders– but note these can take longer to process and all payments have to clear before dispatch.

Unpaid item disputes are issued automatically by eBay if payment is not received within eight days. Disputes are automatically closed and strikes are issued by eBay if no payment is received.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the very same day (subject to payment verification). Any orders received after 1pm, may still be posted same day but more likely the following day. Orders received after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday (Tuesday if Bank Holiday).
Orders are not dispatched on weekends and UK holidays.
Dispatch to the UK
We offer different postage options with all our items. These can be selected at checkout.
If a guaranteed next day delivery is required, then item will be sent by special delivery and should be selected at checkout.
1st class recorded/special delivery items will require a signature upon receipt. If you are not at home on a delivery attempt, a note will be left and the parcel will be taken to your local sorting office ready for you to collect. If it is not collected it will be returned back to us. In this case, for us to resend the item. A further postage cost will be incurred.
Dispatch to International Destinations
International items are usually received within 5-10 working days. However, please allow up to 28 days for customs delays and please note that you are responsible for any duties/tariffs that may be applicable on your delivery. Items being sent outside of the EU are sent with full and accurate customs documentation.
Please remember that we always send items as soon as possible and any delays due to mail services is beyond our control.
On dispatch, we update each signed for order with a tracking number so that the item can be traced. While most of our items are received within the above timescale, we ask customers to wait for up to a week after the item was due, before contacting us.
Your item can only be considered ‘lost in post’ if your item has not arrived within 15 working days (28days for international customers) from the due date of delivery. In such instances we will need you to work with us to file a claim with Royal Mail and we will provide you with a replacement (or refund where no suitable replacement is available) but please note this can only be done once this time has lapsed.

Of course there are conditions and exceptions that we would like you to know about….We want this process to be fair for both you and us!
Ultimately any item can be returned within 14 days as long as it is returned exactly as sold, unused and unworn for hygiene reasons and it must be returned in all its retail packaging.
You can take the garment out of the clear plastic packaging so you can look and feel the material however please remember that to be able to resell the item, it must be returned as new.
In all cases, item should be sent back with your eBay ID, name, address, marked EXCHANGE OR REFUND - with brief reason of return.
Items must be returned within 14 days for a prompt exchange/refund. We are unable to process returns after this time.
EXCHANGE: We offer a free size exchange on all shirts- so if you have ordered the wrong size, don't worry... send the item back and we will happily resend the correct size.
REFUNDS: The postage cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Finally, you are responsible for all postage costs sending the item back to us and we cannot offer a refund or exchange until the item arrives back to our premises. We aim to action all refund and exchanges typically within 48 hours of the product arriving back to us - as long as all they arrive in excellent condition of course!
Simple Step By Step Returns Procedure
- Contact us via E-BAY MESSAGES with details.
- Please wrap your item carefully and include the return slip/ note - In all cases, item should be sent back with your eBay ID, name, address, marked EXCHANGE OR REFUND and with brief reason of return.
- Use the correct postage, we recommend recorded delivery.
(Items being returned from outside of the UK must be marked as "Returned Goods" so as not to incur customs charges. We are unable to accept items for which insufficient postage has been paid or for which there are customs charges.)
