Please note that you do have the right to return a product or to cancel an order within the first 7 days following delivery (Excluding special order items) - We do however reserve the right to refund your purchase minus any carriage charges that we have incurred in delivering. Call 0114 243 3434.
Correct parts supplied:
If we have correctly supplied the product as ordered then we will reimburse the product costs minus delivery cost and a handling and restocking charge of up to 20% of the order value. Please note that you will have to return the goods to us in there original box, in a resaleable condition.
Damaged/incorrect or faulty goods:
If the goods have been damaged in transit by the courier, have been incorrectly supplied or are faulty at the time of delivery - In this case we reserve the right to replace the product. If you require a refund, we will reimburse the product costs minus a handling charge of up to 20% of the order value.
Please contact us for a returns number before sending any goods back to us. Please also include your personal details along with a brief explanation of the problem. NOTE: You must inform us of damaged deliveries within a reasonable period of time.
For deliveries via parcel force, all items must be signed for, any damages must then be reported to us ASAP, so a claim can be put in.
We do not sell out of the UK, except Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.
