DESCRIPTION

This is a stylish messenger shoulder bag perfect for School, College and Work. This bag has one large zipped compartment, which is expandable (to expand simply open the zip at the bottom of the bag for extra width). The front flap folds over and has a two buckle closures, it also contains a zipped pocket which is prefect for smaller items. Under the flap there is an organiser which can be used to store pens, credit cards and other small items. The bag has a comfortable carry handle in addition to an adjustable shoulder strap, the shoulder strap measures 48cm at the shortest length and 96cm at the longest length. The images below of the grey bag show the internal parts of the bag.


Available in 9 different colours - Black, Dark Blue, Grey, Red, Beige, Black & Blue, Black & Red, Black & Orange and Black & Beige.

SHIPPING / POSTAGE / DELIVERY

This item is in stock in our UK warehouse, and we despatch your order the same day where payment is received by 2pm.  We do not despatch at weekends, therefore orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays where this will be a Tuesday.

 

We use and offer various postal shipping methods.  The choice for this listing can be seen on the postage and payments tab.  The usual default shipping method is Royal Mail 2nd Class, however you can choose to upgrade this service at checkout, where available.  International buyers can choose either Airmail or Airsure.

 

You will receive an automated email to confirm your item has been despatched.

 

If you have not received your item within the estimated delivery time and you may have not been at home to receive your parcel it is advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.

Please note that we will only send goods to your registered PayPal address. Please ensure that your PayPal address is up to date before purchasing, as after the goods have been despatched, we do not accept responsibility for goods being sent to your old address.

Goods are faulty on arrival

Goods damaged on arrival
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Please contact us immediately with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed courier.  Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, then we will replace or refund them.

If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, you are entitled to do so and have any money that you have paid to us refunded.
