The majority of orders are sent via Royal Mail or Fedex with larger orders being sent via palletised delivery. Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at checkout.
We will always aim to deliver the goods within your requested timescales, and in any event within 30 days of entering into a contract with you, in the unlikely event where we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days we will contact you and you will be free to cancel the contract and we will reimburse you within 30 days of cancellation.
We will e-mail you when your order has been shipped.
We will assume responsibility for the goods whilst they are in transit, if they are lost in transit or arrive damaged on arrival, we will replace them free of charge. In order for us to address this matter with the carriers within their required time limits, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of delivery for damaged goods, and within 5 days of receipt of shipping e-mail for non receipt of goods.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, Customers have the right of cancellation and can return goods within 7 working days after delivery of the goods.

You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense and to ensure that all goods are reasonably cared for and packed adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we may make a reasonable reduction in value to cover our losses.
We cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost in the post, therefore please make sure all returns are sent by recorded post and you keep your receipt as proof of postage.
Once we receive the goods back, we will arrange for you to receive your refund within 30 days of that date of cancelling your order.
If you have made a mistake on purchase and wish to cancel the order before it is dispatched please contact us by email or phone as quickly as possible, if the item has been dispatched then you WILL lose your postage cost.

Please note you MUST contact us before returning any part. This way your return can be logged and processed promptly once it arrives back.
You will be expected to provide a detailed explanation of the issue and provide photos or evidence in support of your claim. We will be unable to further process the return until we have received this.
We may ask you to return the goods at your own expense initially, but after we have had a reasonable opportunity to examine the goods and we agree that the goods are/were faulty or not as described when sold, we will then either issue a total refund (including return postage) or repair or replace the goods as directed by you.
In the event we consider goods have been returned because of customer misuse or because of fair wear and tear, rather than under your above statutory rights, we will contact you to arrange for the goods to be returned to you at your own cost.
Any goods must be back to us within 30 days of purchase.
ANY ITEMS WHICH ARE RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED / EXCHANGED UNLESS IT HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY AGREED.
IF GOODS ARE RETURNED WITHOUT AGREEMENT YOU WILL BE CONTACTED TO COVER THE POSTAGE COST TO RETURN THE ITEM TO YOURSELF.
We aim to process returns within 48 business hours of receipt of the return, but please allow up to 7 days for any exchange / refund.
You are requested to make us aware of any noticeable damage to any package(s) within 24 hours of delivery otherwise any claim for replacement or credit may not be accepted. Reasonable proof of any damage must be provided as evidence. Once reasonable proof has been received, we will then review the evidence and act accordingly.
Next Day Delivery Options - Orders must be placed and received before 12pm. Mon-Fri deliveries only - no Saturday deliveries. Dispatches and Deliveries will not be made on Bank Holidays. Next Day Deliveries to Highlands and Islands addresses cannot be guaranteed.
