We at AMIGO TRADER go to great lengths to accurately describe and display the products we offer. However, if you feel that your item is not suitable we will accept it back provided the item is in its original condition (unused) and that is appropriate for re-sale. Once we are satisfied that this has been done, we will issue a refund (Excluding all Shipping Costs), the cost of shipping the goods must be borne by you the customer. We suggest the use of a recorded delivery service. After fourteen days, we can not accept returns if an item is not suitable. If for some reason you receive an item different than the one you originally ordered a full refund can be made including shipping costs as this will be considered a mistake in our part (this is if the item is returned to us in its original condition and unused). ----- Online Shopping Rights ----- When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than perishable produce or a special/customised order) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost).
All items are posted after receiving cleared payment. Shipping costs include all stamps, packing materials, and so on. We promise Fast Shipping, Good Packaging and Excellent Communication. Buyers from outside the U.K. must pay via PayPal.
