NOTE - Some overseas locations require a signed for postal service for us to be able to send, due to a high number of orders going missing. We will advise if this is the case.
We dispatch completed orders every working day - order by 1pm weekdays for same day dispatch. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Shipping cost depends on weight of item or items ordered and shipping method chosen. If you are placing multiple orders please put all items in your basket and click to buy them all at once, then click 'Request total from seller' before paying so that we can combine and reduce your shipping.
Orders over �40 are UK 2nd class post FREE or upgrade to faster service at checkout.
For small orders we send 1st & 2nd class & airmail by Royal Mail. Large orders by Parcelforce & UK Mail - please contact us if you would like a shipping quote.
Next Day delivery (other 24 hour courier) - For UK Mainland we send by UK Mail this costs from �4.99 and will be delivered on the next working day*. For Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and all other UK offshore destinations we send by Royal Mail special delivery, this costs from �6.99 and will be delivered on the next working day. *For saturday delivery please contact us. Next day delivery orders must be completed by 1pm weekdays to arrive the next working day.
Please choose your postal method carefully, we cannot be held responsible for items not arriving in time if you do not choose a quick method of postage. For your information we have found that most of the time Royal mail takes 1-3 working days for 1st class post and anything up to 7 working days for 2nd class post. Airmail to Europe normally takes 5-7 working days.
Items can be returned for exchange or refund Only if they are still in Brand New clean, unworn, re-saleable condition with labels and packaging/boxes intact and undamaged. Leotards can only be returned if the hygiene strip is still in place and all tights are considered intimate garments and cannot be returned if packet seal is broken. Ballet shoes can only be returned if they are completely unmarked including on the bottom sole of shoe. Shoe boxes must be returned with Tap and Character shoes and must be unmarked in any way, do not write on box or stick anything to box.
Return postage is the buyers responsibility in all circumstances unless the item is faulty. For faulty items please contact us before returning. To exchange an item for a different size, the quickest way to do this is to re-order the new size you need so that we can dispatch quickly and then return original item for refund within 21 days. Refund will be for item amount only. Alternatively, you can return the item for exchange within 21 days. Full return/exchange instructions can be found below and also on paperwork enclosed with order.
To return an item for exchange please return to our address on paperwork enclosed with order or found on our contact us page. Please enclose a copy of the paperwork, the new size you require and �1 coin per item to cover part of the 2nd class exchange postage (we pay the rest). If you prefer 1st class exchange postage please include �2 and a note to let us know this. Exchanges can take up to 7 days to process during busy times so please allow for this. The paperwork MUST be included with the return to ensure we have all the details to deal with your request, if you nolonger have the paperwork please include a note with your name, address, phone number, ebay ID name (NOT item number) and reason for return. Items returned with no information enclosed cannot be dealt with because we will not know who has returned them!
To return an item for refund please follow the instructions above but leave out the �1 coin and fill in the reason for return part of the paperwork. Refund will be for item amount only. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process during busy times.
