International delivery methods
We have two methods for international delivery depend products weight and packing size: one is common air mail, which will take 14-21 working days. This delivery will cost very low but not traceable online. So please read our delivery terms carefully, if you accept, then purchase. If you didn't receive after the duration expire, please contact me first and I will resolve your problem as you like.
The other delivery method is express delivery, which will take 7-10 days. Fully traceable on line but more expensive.
Damage or defective products
Please open the parcel and check if there is any damage on surface before the post man leave, no matter you signed or not. If there is a problem, please ask the post man return goods back to us. In this status, you don’t need to afford any charge, and I will replace a new item to you. If you don’t have time to check or someone signed for you, please email us within seven days of delivery. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements but please return the damage one with your own cost first. If this is not possible we shall issue a refund to you excluding the postage. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you.

Inform us of your intention to return your item within 14 days from delivery date.
Arrange to return the item so that we receive it within 28 days from the date of your receipt of the item.
The item must be unused and returned with its original packaging and any free gifts together with your order number, name and address.
You will pay the cost of sending the item back to us and ensure it gets to us in good condition as we do not take responsibility on any loss or damage in transit.
The amount of refund will be subject to a deduction of the postage cost of sending the items out to you. We will only deduct the cost of the postage and no more than that.
If the return is not in the original condition, we will deduct a further cost to cover the repairs or replacement of missing parts or free gifts.
We normally process your refund within 2 weeks after receiving items but there may be times when it may take up to 30 days of your purchase date.
