FAULTY ITEMS: If in the unlikely event we should ship a faulty item, we will be happy to refund or replace it. However, we require details AND supporting photographic evidence within 24 hours of receipt of the faulty item. We will then provide a return address to which the item must be returned in the original packaging within 7 days. NON-FAULTY ITEMS: We DO NOT accept returns for made-to-order items, custom made items, catering items or earing testers. Buyers wishing to return a general stock item should contact us via eBay's mailing system and await a return address to which the item must be sent in the original packaging within 7 days. We strongly recommmend that approved returns are sent via a trackable postal service with appropriate insurance cover as the buyer will be responsible for the item until we are able to check it and confirm condition prior to issuing a refund. Returned items are subject to a re-stocking fee. We do not refund postage and packing charges.
