These items are a hand made natural product made from solid Sheesham wood with a rustic look and may contain knots, machining marks, pith, varying shades, nails and other imperfections associated with a hand made wooden product, therefore we advise the customer not to bid if you cannot accept these imperfections. We like to be up front with our customers so that they are not disappointed when they recieve their item(s), however we have developed a close relationship with our supplier in India and this has led to a high level of quality in our products but unlike other sellers we like to be as clear as possible. Upon delivery of your product please inspect the item immediateley and make sure there is no damage. If you find damage to the product or packaging please make sure you get the delivery driver to confirm this by signing the delivery note "damaged". This is very important as damages cannot be rectified if this has not been done. Inspect the goods carefully and contact us if there are any problems within 48 hours of receiving delivery of good(s). If you have received damaged goods and signed for them as 'damaged' then you will be eligable for a exchange or full refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason and wish to return the goods then you must do so within seven days of receiving them using the same courier which delivered them AT YOUR OWN COST. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
