We have made our Terms and Conditions simple and as brief as possible, we understand nobody likes to read them.
Please read before making a purchase, if you are unsure about anything then please contact us before purchasing an item.
Any orders placed with us at kambos_247 means you have accepted and agreed to our terms and conditions.
P.1 We only accept Paypal or UK Postal orders. Payment must be made within 3 working days. If you require longer to pay, then please let us know, we will always try to accommodate you (within reason). Communication is key.
P.2 Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared.
S.1 Goods will be posted within 1 working day (Monday to Friday only, and not including bank holidays)
S.2 We always use Royal Mail to convey the goods and have found them to supply an excellent and reliable service. An upgraded service can be requested prior to purchase at the buyers own expense (subject to our approval).
S.3 We always obtain a proof of posting.
S.4 Goods will be posted in secure appropriate jiffy bags or boxes to protect them during transit.
S.5 The price of postage reflects the recent changes in the postage prices that came into effect on 30th April 2012. The cost of postage is not just the face value, there is also packaging and time to take into consideration.
S.6 We always try to be transparent in our postal charges. We do not intentionally profit from these charges.
S.7 All our goods are shipped from within the UK.
S.8 International buyers - Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying, if any.
L.1 Royal Mail will not consider anything lost until at least the following days have passed:
15 working days (for the UK), 20 working days (for Europe) and 25 working days (for rest of the world)
So please do not ask for a replacement or refund before this time has elapsed.
L.2 Before contacting us stating an item hasn't arrived, please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office to ensure the item hasn't already had a delivery attempt and is waiting to be collected or returned to sender. If we receive items back 'not called for' then the buyer will have to pay for the package to be sent out again.
L.3 Once the appropriate days have passed and you still have not received any goods, we shall refund you fully (item price + P&P price)
L.4 We shall raise a claim with Royal Mail, so that you are not inconvenienced any further.
D.1 We never ship any items to our customers damaged. They are always brand new and in perfect condition.
D.2 If upon receiving your item, you find it damaged, please contact us immediately. Please provide us with any requested information and with details of the problem. We will start arrangements to refund you.
D.3 A refund will only be given once the item and all its original packaging has been returned back to us. The refund will be the item price + the original P&P price. We do not reimburse return P&P costs that will be the buyer’s responsibility.
D.4 It is your responsibility to notify us of any damaged goods supplied to you within 14 days of delivery.
R.1 Items can be returned if the customer is not 100% happy with the product. Items will only be accepted if they are returned unused, in their original boxed and/or sealed condition and within 7 days of delivery.
R.2 All returns will be refunded minus postage costs (once items are received back to us). We do not reimburse return P&P costs that will be the buyer’s responsibility.
R.3 If the item has been opened or the factory seal has been broken then we cannot accept the return as the goods cannot be resold on as brand new.
