If you would like to return an item to us PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST before sending it to us. If the item is faulty we will arrange for a replacement or refund for you. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning any faulty item to us, where applicable. Faulty items may sometimes need to go through a manufacturers warranty process before we can arrange a replacement or refund but this is given priority status and will be sorted very quickly. If you want to return the item because you no longer want it, please do so within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition (unused) and with original tags and packaging. Once we have received the item back we will then process your refund less the original post costs. If the item was purchased with Freepost then the refund will be given less the Royal Mail postage price for that item (we will confirm this cost to you when you first advise us you want to return the item).
