About Us

We are a trading company based in Hong Kong and Taiwan. We do domestic and international business and have sufficient and diverse stocks to accommodate various product requests. We also enjoy good relationships with manufacturers, which makes it possible to include OEM business in our services.

Communication and Contact

We contact our customers mainly by emails. Skype, and other instant message software such as MSN are also used to enhance the mutual communication. To make sure the communication is efficient, please check your spam email setting and check the emails in frequent basis. We are committed to reply via emails in 24-48 hours.

About Products

1. We don’t sell fake items.

2. We don’t accept specification changes or a different shipping method from the previously agreed after the payment is made.

3. Returns are only accepted if the item you receive is not the item listed or the item is defective.

4. S/h can’t be returned except they are defective.

5. Items must be returned with original packaging.

6. All products come with manufacturer’s one-year warranty.

Shipping and Insurance

1. Two kinds of shipping methods are offered: EMS and airmail. We will provide the tracking numbers to keep you updated with the shipment status. Insurance is highly recommended.

2. Combining shipments is available. Delivering via EMS is the best way recommended. It’s quick and safe.

3. We always declare items in low values and mark them as gifts to try to avoid the tax. If you have other request or problems about this, please contact us.

4. We ship to your eBay shipping address only. If it is not the address to send and should there be any return or loss incurred as a result, we can’t return the payment.

5. We will ship the package within three working days after the payment is received, and the duration of shipment is usually as the following:

EMS: 3-5 days

Airmail: 10-21 days.

6. All items are shipped from Taiwan, and the price doesn’t include your import tax. We are not sure whether you have to pay the import tax or not, but all packages will be declared as gifts with low values.

Payment terms

1. We only accept payment by Paypal.

2. We only accept the currency of auction.

Bidder terms

1. Payments must be done within 3 days after purchasing. All buyers who do not honor the purchase/bidding will be reported to eBay. So make sure that the product is what you really want before buying it.

2. If there are any discrepancies in the deal, please contact us ASAP.

3. If you are considering leaving a negative feedback on us, please contact us in advance. We will try our best to solve your problem because we hope all buyers enjoy their buying, not getting angry over it.
