If you have a problem with your item, or wish to return it to us for any other reason, please contact us via eBay messages or at service@BMCdigital.co.uk.
All Returns must be authorised prior to shipment. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any goods returned without prior notification.
Unless a fault is present, we cannot accept the return of goods made to your specification, in-ear headphones that are no longer sealed, used screen protectors, perishable goods (or goods that by their nature cannot be returned), video, DVD, audio or software products if the item if no longer sealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
PLEASE NOTE: All goods are returned at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or delay experienced whilst the package is in transit, when shipped by you. As such, we would advise that you use a service that provides adequate insurance. We will be happy to reimburse return postage costs to a maximum of £2.95, if the goods received are faulty or different from that ordered. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse the cost of Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery, but we appreciate that you may wish to use these services at your own cost.
