Our items are manufacturer stock overruns, not seconds and as such are perfect. This means that they cannot be returned to store allowing us to sell you them at a fraction of the normal in-store price.

Payment

Unless customers contact us in advance and make prior arrangements, payment is due within 7 days of purchase after which non-payers will be reported to eBay.

UK customers

We accept PayPal, bank transfers, as well as cheques and postal orders made payable to ‘The High Street Outlet’. Please include your eBay user ID and item number with all payments and note that goods will only be released when funds have cleared. For cheque payments please also provide the number and expiry date of your cheque guarantee card.

Overseas customers

PayPal in GBP £ Sterling is our preferred method of payment. However, we are happy to accept bank telegraphic transfers provided that the buyer pays ALL banking charges. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any other methods of payment such as money orders and overseas cheques. Please note that ALL taxes and import duties are the responsibility of buyers. 

Exchanges & Refunds

We follow Distance Selling Regulations and are happy to exchange or refund any item within 7 working days of receipt. This is provided it is returned in the original condition (with all original packaging) along with a note explaining the reason for the return.

Underwear garments cannot usually be returned for hygiene reasons.

Please note that as buyers are responsible for the return postage, we strongly recommend using a recorded delivery service.

Please contact us to discuss exchange suggestions.  If you are not happy, please contact us before leaving negative feedback as we always try to resolve matters in an efficient but amicable manner.

Pease notify us as soon as you suspect an item is lost. Please note we obtain certificates of postage for all items and will only refund after 15 working days of dispatch for lost items in accordance with Royal Mail’s policy on lost items.

On international items, we will NOT be held responsible for lost items sent by standard AirMail (small packet) service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not buy from us.

Postage & Packing

We endeavour to dispatch all items within 2 WORKING DAYS of cleared payment.

To allow us to dispatch items quickly and for environmental-friendliness, we operate a paperless business and as such do not include printed invoices or packing notes with our items. These can of course can be found on eBay and Paypal and printed-off should you require them.

When making multiple purchases, please use the "Request Total from Seller" function when checking out and wait for the adjusted invoice.  Postage is calculated according to weight in accordance with Royal Mail rates.  Where cheaper, TNT may be used for multiple purchases.

Overseas bidders should contact us to obtain the cost of postage and packing to their country PRIOR to bidding. We offer both AirMail (small packet) and International Signed-For delivery services.
