Delivery/Collection

IMPORTANT:

Collection: We have many ebay customers collect their items themselves or they arrange for a 3rd party to collect them on their behalf (see 'Tip' below). Our stores are open 7 Days a week for collection, times vary depending on store. All furniture MUST be collected within 3 days of purchase due to a high turn around of stock. We can offer to store goods longer than 3 days at a cost of £2.00 per item, per day.  If arranging 3rd party collection please note we only dispatch to professional furniture delivery companies, we do not dispatch to parcel couriers such as DHL, TNT, Parcelforce, City Link, etc.


Local Delivery Areas Only :
If we do not deliver to your postcode area please read below under the title 'Collection' as ebay members can now easily arrange 3rd party deliveries/collections via www.shiply.com, obviously you are more than welcome to collect the goods yourself from either of our stores. We can offer local delivery to the following postcodes: SS0, SS1, SS2, SS3, SS4, SS5, SS6, SS7, SS8, SS9, SS11, SS12, SS13, SS14, SS15, SS16, CM2 7**, CM2 8**, CM2 9**, CM3 4**, CM3 5**, , CM3 7**, CM3 8**, CM11 and CM12. We use RAC Route check to calculate distances by road miles.

Local Delivery Charges :
Option 1; one man Delivery Service: Purchases up to the value of £99.00 can be delivered for £4.99, purchases between £100.00 to £249.00 can be delivered for £9.99, purchases over the value of £250.00 can be delivered for free. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure there is a fit able person to assist our driver with your furniture as this is a one man delivery service. Please note due to insurance reasons delivery is to your door only.

Option 2; A two man Delivery Service is available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for a charge of £19.99. Due to insurance reasons the delivery is over the threshold of your property at ground floor only (i.e. the drivers can not take item/s upstairs etc, if unsure please call our store prior to purchasing an item).

We operate a 7 day peace of mind return policy. All items are quality checked prior to leaving our distribution depot. In the unlikely event you inspect your goods and they appear to have damage on the outside packaging please do not sign for or accept delivery of the item/s. The delivery driver will notify us and we will contact you immediately to arrange a replacement delivery or a 100% full refund, whichever suits you best. Please note we do not accept "goods received unsigned" or "unchecked", it is the receivers responsibility to sign for the goods "received in good order". If you would like to return the goods for any other reason you may. The goods must be returned to us in their original packaging, in perfect re-saleable condition, unused or undamaged within seven days from receipt of delivery. Upon receiving any returned goods our quality control department will inspect the returned goods and authorise a full refund of the purchase price.
