Payment policy

PayPal is easy:  You can even pay with your credit card through PayPal.  No item can be sent prior to payment. Please pay within 3 days, otherwise we will have to cancel the transaction. If you need more time for payment, please contact us first.

If you buy an item accidentally, please check your emails (and the JUNK) from EBAY to agree to 'CANCEL the TRANSACTION'. Combined Shipping is available UPON REQUEST & we charge by combined weight. Please do mention it in a 'NOTE' in PayPal's Checkout. If you are unable to pay the item will be relisted for other buyers to purchase.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 48 business hours of a completed payment.

We do our best to offer competitive shipping & handling charges with each item.  We package each item with care in our professional shipping department.  We reserve the right to utilize the most efficient carrier service available for your shipment. Shipping charges include postage, handling, insurance (when applicable) and fuel surcharges. 

We ship via National Post Registered Mail. Your item arrives after 3-6 working days within EU. In some countries Post Offices do not deliver big parcels Door-to-Door, neither do postmen leave any Notification message for you to pick up from the local Post Office. Or maybe this Notification gets lost. As a result the parcel is returned to us & we have to re-send it. So, after 10 days (if you still have not received your parcel) you will have to go to your local Post Office and ask if there is a package for you, giving your Tracking Number. [This tracking is not working once the parcel leaves the Greek territory].

In non-EU countries delivery takes 10-12 working days. Item may be stopped at customs for declaration, so you may pay taxes to receive your item. Customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and brokerage charges that may be assessed by the carrier at the time of delivery. We can note items as "GIFT" with value '20GBP' so you pay minimum taxes. Please inform us if EMS is preferred, so to invoice you the exact shipping cost. Shipping times will vary depending upon destination and subject to delays due to customs inspection. Please double-check that the address you provided is totally correct (including possible apartment number) and your TELEPHONE in order to avoid delays. No item will be dispatched WITHOUT TELEPHONE NUMBER! You will have to be sure that on the day of delivery there will be someone there to receive the parcel . EMS requires signature in order to deliver and makes 3 attempts to deliver - if all 3 fail then the item is returned back to Greece. (RUSSIAN FEDERATION customers PLEASE NOTICE: ALL parcels are stopped at customs in Russia so please be prepared for a 5-10 days extra delivery time. Please give COMPANY addresses for shipments in order to make the shipping faster!)

 After the item is dispatched you CANNOT change the address of delivery.

I check ALL deliveries via EMS/SPM to ensure delivery, so if we have an Alert for a problem of incorrect address or customs’ clearance paperwork we contact you ASAP. If you do not take action and you do not contact them, the item will be finally returned to us. Of course in that case extra cost will apply.

PLEASE NOTICE: After dispatch I cannot cancel or withdraw or postpone a delivery, and I cannot refund shipping costs. So please, if you have ANY questions, FIRST ASK and if you are satisfied with our response then proceed to purchase. We always reply to enquiries within 24h max. Please email me first if you plan to be away from the delivery address the next 15 days after purchase and I will arrange a later shipping of your order that it will be convenient for you to receive it personally.

Return policy

Our company is not responsible for issues concerning the fit of an item.  Buyers are responsible for knowing their size requirements and are encouraged to visit a local dealer test if in doubt.  Please do not purchase if you are uncertain about sizing. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you must immediately communicate with us within 7 days of the date of receiving the goods. After contacting, the item may be returned to us in the Original Packaging, Unworn with Tags On within 7 days from the day of delivery. Approval is required on all returns prior to shipping. Shipping address will be informed to you by us. You will have to use a traceable method of shipment for returns.

The goods must be in their original new condition and must not have been worn (other than for the purpose of a trial fit and not worn outdoors). The goods must be returned in the original undamaged manufacturer’s box / packaging with all original packaging and tags attached. Please do not mark the box or apply tape directly to it. Returned goods should be wrapped with sufficient outer packaging so as to protect the original manufacture’s box. If you wish to exchange the goods without incurring a delay please place a new order on-line (together with a new payment) and return the originals for a refund of the original order - this way we will be able to dispatch your replacement immediately. You will be responsible for the condition and security of the goods until they are received by us at our premises.

We cannot refund the Shipping Costs, and the item is returned on buyer's expense.

In case you do not agree with any of the above, please do not proceed to buying. We clarify that in order to avoid misunderstandings and disappointment.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returns due to improper fit issues, or issues out of our control.

We are humans, so in the case we send a wrong item you will have to send back the item properly packaged (without putting tape ON THE BOX in case we have send the box along) via NATIONAL POST REGISTERED MAIL, scan us the receipt of the payment in the Post Office, and we will refund you this amount of returning shipping too. As soon as we receive back the wrong item we will ship the item you ordered in the first place. If you are in need of the order fast unfortunately you will have to pay again so that your order is dispatched immediately, and we will offer total refund as soon as we receive the returned item.

A 5-star rating is important to our small business, please contact us with any concerns you may have before leaving low ratings.  We promise to do our best to remedy the situation.

Please remember that eBay awards sellers with discounts. These discounts are based on the Detailed Seller Ratings. If an item remains undelivered

National Post does not charge for returning packages, so in that case you will be refunded the Value of the Item minus the Shipping Cost. Please make sure when placing an order that you will not leave for holidays within the next 20 days J Please note that Reclamation Letter to National Post Registered Mail for LOST items takes 40-60 days.

We will only refund the Value of the item minus the Shipping cost minus the Cost of returning the item to us.
