“No fault” returns within 7 days – you can cancel your purchase at anytime either before or up to 7 days after delivery of you product by:
• Returning the product to us in person or by post (you must include your receipt with the item). We will refund your payment in full, including the original carriage charge, but you must bear the costs of returning the goods to us. If we arrange collection/return by our carrier, we will reduce the refund we make to you to cover those costs.
•E-mailing your intention to cancel/return to drumwright.weborders@gmail.com
•Notifying us by phone on 0118 944 1418 – please have your delivery details to hand;
•Writing to DrumWright at 4 Loddon Vale Centre, Hurricane way, Woodley, RG5 4UL.
Your product must be complete, unused and in “as new” condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done it without marking the product in anyway). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Pre-recorded DVD’s must be sealed. Any items supplied at no extra charge with the product must also be returned.
Please note: the right to cancel does not apply if the goods were a special order to your specification, or were items not usually stocked by DrumWright Limited.
