 Royal mail First class small packets this service takes 1-2 working days But will sometimes be delayed as this is just the way of the world, and this is something we have no control over, we do post most days and will normally get your items posted with in 24 hours of purchase excluding sundays and bankhoildays!

 Please note that the time given for postage is within 2 business days this is as a small business run by two mums with 6 under 7 sometimes we cannot get to the postoffice But 9 tiems out of 10 we do.

 If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive ( please allow a week for delivery ) Please contact inorder to sort the problem , we use strong mailbags and bubble wrap if required so we do are best to avoid your items being damaged in the post but its does sometimes happen.

 We accept returns on all items ,

 Returns must be made with in 35 days of purchase and in the condition the item was sent ie unused tags in tact clothes can be tried on.

The refund is on return and is less cost of postage -although postage is free if you decide to return the item the costs of return postage is your responsibility also the refund will be less the amount paid to post out your item this amount can be given on request but will be sent via email once a request to return is made

 Please contact within 7 days of receiving the item prior to return to let us know you are returning the item and which service you are using so we know when to expect the item , Please keep your proof of postage as if the item is lost then you will need to claim with the postoffice. ( if your item is lost in the post on its way to you we will claim with the postoffice )
