We currently ship furniture/home and garden items to the UK Mainland, Wales and Scotland.
We are unable to ship items to the following postcode ranges: any BT (Northern Ireland), GY (Guernsey), JE (Jersey), TR21-25 (Scilly Isles), IM1-9 (Isle of Man), IW (IOW, But still deliverable), ZE (Shetlands), KW, HS, IV3-5, KA27, KA28, PA20-78 and PH31-44.
We can ship to the following postcode ranges but on an extended delivery scale of 3-5 days: AB31-38, AB41-56, FK19-21, IV1, PH9, PH15-30.
Once the orders has been placed the item(s) are expected to arrive in 3-5 working days.(See Payment* Tab) IMPORTANT – We only deliver items Monday to Friday*(See Below).
Items ordered on a Friday, will not arrive until an estimated Thursday/Friday of the following week (3-5working days).
Some items within our product portfolio are available on a SATURDAY DELIVERY Service. *Please be aware this is an additional service and additional fees/charges may apply.
We do not currently deliver on Saturdays and public holidays.
Once your item(s) have been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation your order has been released and details (where applicable) of how to track your order.
We also provide an additional service on all furniture, one of our customer service agents will contact you by phone to advise you the day before that your item(s) will arrive the next day.
If no one is available to take delivery of the item(s) they will be returned to your local depot and a calling card left.
Due to the nature of our business and many peoples busy lives, we recommend if a delivery attempt fails you contact us so we can arrange for you, a suitable time for the item(s) to be delivered. If you are expecting a delivery or experience any issues please contact us immediately so we can look into the matter for you.
Please note: During busy periods and adverse weather items might be delayed for reasons outside our control – we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
IMPORTANT At the present time we are unable to provide delivery time slots. We apologise for this we are working to improve this. If you have any further special instructions please include them on your order or email us directly.
Please note that PayPal can hold a payment under review for up to 24 hrs from the time payment is made and this is entirely at their discretion. This might affect your order but we will advise you if your order is delayed in any way.
PayPal eCheque payments can take up to 10 days to clear.
We will only ever dispatch goods once payment has cleared.
Setting up a PayPal account is simple and requires you to have a debit or credit card and valid email address. This helps to give you £500 buyer protection when ordering anything from eBay.
We ask all buyers to be vigilant when ordering and signing for items. Make sure someone is available to receive the item(s) and that the address and information given is as clear as possible. (Please note larger items often require a signature).
Please inspect the packaging for damage immediately upon receipt. If there is any doubt please sign for the goods as "damaged". If this is not carried out and damage is reported after the delivery agent has left, we are unfortunately unable to replace the item.

Damages: All orders must be checked at the time of delivery and if you feel there may be any damages to your order please sign for this as damaged.
Under Guarantee: All our products are supplied with a 12 month manufacturers' warranty. If you feel your product is faulty please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. First instance report the fault to us with a full description of alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy. If the fault is deemed a manufactures fault and the item is under guarantee then we will replace the faulty item FOC.
Unwanted goods / wrongly ordered: Goods will be collected and a charge of £40.00 per item furniture only (collection fee). Goods must be returned in the packaging they arrived in within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that unwanted mattresses cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene. We reserve the right to send any returned mattresses back to you again if we believe they have been opened and/or used. Some mattresses - namely memory foam mattresses - will arrive vacuum packed, please do not open and unroll to inspect if the goods are incorrect. There will be clear identification seen through the packaging. Opened vacuum packed mattresses will not be returned regardless of whether the correct model has or hasn’t been delivered.
