Shipping

 

* All the parcels can be tracked online. We'll email you the tracking no. and tracking site after shipment. If you will haven't received the parcel within 20 working days after your payment cleared, please leave us a message on ebay . We'll track the parcel for you.

 

* Economy  delivery ( free shipping ) will take 10-20 working days to reach. But as usual, if it hasn't been delayed in the custom house, it will reach within 10-15 working days

 

*  Standard delivery and Express int'l shipping to outside UK will take 4-10 working days.

 

P.S. If you choose custom make dress which will take  extra 7 business days. for example, if you choose economy deliver to deliver custom make dress, it will take 17-27 working days .

 

Suggestion 1: we suggest you place the order 2 months earlier before your big day.

 

Notice : from Nov to Jan,the parcels always be delayed for    several weeks in the destination custom house and    postoffice for backlog of shipments. Please place an order before Nov or after Jan if you are urgent to get your dresses.

Please don't rely on the size you usually wear , but take the measurements before you choose the size from our size charts.

>>> The lace up back dress can shape your body, remember to choose a little smaller size for yourself . Eg., If your size is between S and M , you can choose S.

 

>>> Wear the shoes when you take the measurements. Take bra cup, under bust girth, bust girth, waist girth ,hip girth , height into your account, make sure you will take the measurements in the correct way.
