ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION

We are a registered Authorised Treatment Facility (approved by the Environment Agency and DVLA) for the depollution and dismantling of ‘End of Life’ Vehicles.

We have an Environmental Permit to carry out our operations (Permit Number: EPR/VP3397EF).

Our staff have all the relevant WAMITAB and CIWM qualifications and training to carry out our role in a safe and legal manner.


GENERAL INFORMATION

All our items are genuine OEM parts not aftermarket, unless otherwise stated.

We will always accurately list our items in the description. Body panels may occasionally have some minor storage marks. Any major dents, scratches or damage will be clearly stated should there be any. We will endeavour to clean all parts of dust, dirt or oil prior to shipping to avoid any mess whilst you un-package your purchase.

We provide a warranty on mechanical parts and electrical items. However we can not be held responsible for any errors made by under-qualified mechanics fitting your replacement part.


PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment is accepted via paypal, postal order, cheque, cash (if collecting) or credit / debit card (please note there is a 2% charge on credit card payments).

All our items are inclusive of 20% VAT unless otherwise stated. If you require a VAT receipt, please contact us after your purchase to let us know.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

All postage prices quoted are for mainland UK with a separate price for Ireland / Scottish Highlands / Islands. If you require an item delivering anywhere else e.g Europe or rest of the World, please contact us for a quotation.


PARTS DELIVERY INFORMATION

All parts are dispatched to our courier / Royal Mail within 2 working days from the time of your order being placed. Estimated delivery time with both our couriers and Royal Mail (from the time of collection) is within 48 hours. Please contact us if your item does not arrive in the specified timescale and we will investigate for you. If you need your part urgently we can use a quicker service but this would be chargeable.

Collection is welcome, we are based in the Manchester M27 postcode. However, as we are internet based and not an "open to the public" salvage yard, you enter our premises entirely at your own risk, we do not have public liability insurance to cover any accidents.  


REFUNDS & RETURNS

No refunds can be given on parts outside of the warranty period or parts ordered in error once they have been dispatched. Should you purchase an item by mistake and realise your error before it has been dispatched, refunds can be given however there is a 10% administration fee.

Please check goods for damage on arrival as we cannot refund parts that have been signed for as "received in good condition". These are the rules of the courier company not Salvage Kings, we simply cannot make a claim if you have signed for the package without making the driver aware of a problem. If you wish for us to pursue a claim, you would also need to take photos of the packaging and of the damage to the item. We do not anticipate items being damaged as we spend a lot of time and effort parcelling our items with lots of protection to avoid this situation arising.
