'No fault' returns within 7 days – You can cancel your purchase at anytime either before or up to 7 days after delivery of your product by:
Notifying us by phone on 01633 250062 or e-mail email@example.com then return the product to us in person or by post to ev-entz, Standard House, Newport, NP19 7AY(you must include your receipt with the item).
Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done it without marking the product in anyway). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Pre-recorded videotapes and DVDs must be sealed. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.
We make no charge if you return the product to our store in person. If you choose another method you must bear the costs. We will not cancel your purchase when:
- You return your product without proof of purchase.
- The goods were a special order to your specification.
'Return of faulty goods' - the following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances. Most goods (except consumables like sticks and heads) are guaranteed by the makers against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months. Some products are guaranteed for longer. While it is at the manufacturers discretion, we will act as their agents to seek a repair or replacement. Wherever possible we will loan you, free of charge, an equivalent product until the problem is resolved.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be:-
- in otherwise 'as new' condition.
- complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it (and if possible, the original box and packaging).
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
The guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear, nor consumable items (e.g. drum-sticks, heads etc) unless there is clear evidence of manufacturing fault.
Disposable products including drumsticks and cleaning supplies.
Personal use items such as microphones, headphones, ear plugs, in-ear monitors, and drum sets/kits.
