There is no warranty on Cases / Chargers / or any other accessories.
Most digital items come with a 12 MONTH WARRANTY covering any manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated in the listing. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user (physical damage or software damage). Gadgets 'N' Bits will handle all warranty claims on your behalf for most items (please contact us for further information); you must be able to produce proof of purchase. A full refund on the purchase price of the item will be provided if the item is returned within 7 working days of receipt. We cannot refund the postage fees, we will only refund the item cost. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through eBay, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turnaround 7 days a week. When contacting us please have your eBay userid and item ID by hand.
If the item deveopls a software fault, we will advise the buyer on how to rectify the problem using firmware update if necessary. We can apply firwmare for customers if the item is returned to us faulty. Buyer must pay for postage both ways if we are to rectify the software issues. We will not issue refunds on items with software related issues.
If the item develops a fault within the first 28 days after recipet we will only replace it. Buyer must pay return postage charge. This is only valid for electronic items.
Please note that the buyer pays the cost of return postage in any instance, and you are responsible for ensuring we receive the item back prior to a refund or exchange.
A refund on the purchase price of the item will ONLY be provided if the item is returned within 7 working days of receipt. For unwanted items a refund will be issued on the purchase price only. Our P&P charges cannot be refunded. Unwanted items must be returned to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging and in a saleable condition.
If an item does not have initial P&P charges, we reserve the right to charge buyers 10% for any unwanted items upon return or items returned as faulty for a full refund. A full refund is the item cost only. Please do not bid on our items if you feel unhappy about our policy & restocking fee. This is to cover our P&P charges for unwanted items. If an item is returned as faulty, it will only be marked faulty after our trained staff declares it faulty. Please be sure to understand the product before purchase or ask us questions if necessary.
Negative Feedback or opening a dispute on eBay or PayPal will not resolve any matter quickly and will most likely delay a fair resolution.
