We at the Fancy Dress Company hope that you are satisfied with your purchase but if there is a problem returns can be accepted with notification in the first 14 days of sale. If the item is received back and looks to be damaged or used then a refund will not be issued. All items are thoroughly checked prior to sending. If an item in genuinely unwanted then we will issue a refund for the cost of the item (excluding postage). All postage must be covered by the buyer. As with all retailers returns can only be fully accepted if the item is in a saleable condition. We are unable to accept returns on Stockings/tights/lingerie if they have been opened, this also included tights/stockings if included in costumes. If you do not agree to this returns policy please do not buy the item. Thank You.
