The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Return policy details
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just send it back to us in its original condition within 14 days. The garment must be returned will all original tags and packaging. Please indicate on your delivery note if an exchange or refund is required.
Upon receipt and examination we will exchange the item and dispatch at an additional charge or issue a refund for the value of the item, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Where the goods have been dispatched the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility and we recommend using a recorded delivery service.
Refunds and exchanges are not available on underwear or jewellery due to hygiene except where the item is faulty.

All our goods are inspected personally before dispatch. However if you receive a faulty or wrong item please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, name, product purchased reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with your return.
