It's a good fit that is key to a good look. Measure yourself accurately and it’ll be easy to find the most comfortable

It’s best to measure yourself barefoot and in your underwear. If possible, ask someone else to do it for you, so you
can stand naturally. Take the measurements two or three times to account for variations in your posture.
Measure around the base of your neck, where your shirt collar would normally be worn.
Measure around the broadest part of your chest, making sure that the tape is level under your arms and mid-way across
your shoulder blades.
Relax your arms down by your side. Measure from the base of your neck, along your shoulder and down your arm to your
preferred length. The standard sleeve length is about an inch past the wrist bone.
Measure from the inside leg at the crotch to where the trouser hem is to sit on the shoe, alternatively you can
measure a trouser that fits you well.
This suit measurement determines the ideal length from the bottom of the collar to the bottom of the jacket. Measure
from where your neck meets your back to a point just below the curve of your buttocks.
We want you to be happy with your order, but we understand that there may be reasons why
you want to return items.
For faulty merchandise we will be happy to rectify the problem, refund the price paid or
offer an exchange of goods to the same value. Proof of purchase is required.
If you have changed your mind about a satisfactory product and return the items within
14 days of purchase, we will offer either a refund or exchange of goods. Proof of purchase

Please make sure you have the correct address on your parcel before you send it.
You need to return goods within 28 days of receipt to the address shown on your invoice, by
standard post. We will replace faulty or defective goods free of charge, which means we'll
cover the P&P for both the return and the replacement. Returning goods for other reasons is,
we're afraid, done so at your own expense.

How do I know your listings are genuine and not fake?
We have been trading with top brand names worldwide for over twenty years, all of our
products are sourced direct from the original suppliers. We never sell fake or grey goods.
Who do you use for your deliveries?
We use Royal Mail first class and DPD couriers for all of our UK deliveries. We use DPD for
our international deliveries.
What if my order ends up being the wrong size?
If you have ordered the wrong size, please return it to us and we will exchange it at
no extra cost. If we have sent the wrong size, we will exchange the garment and cover
the cost of postage. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
What if I am not in when the courier tries to deliver?
If the package is small enough, we will post it through your door. Otherwise our couriers
will leave a calling card with their contact details to re-arrange delivery.
What if my goods are damaged?
We are willing to exchange/refund any goods that you receive in damaged condition. Please
contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Do you accept offers on your listings?
We are selling and clearing stock on EBay, the prices we are selling at are as low as we
can go, below cost in some instances. So unfortunately, we do not accept offers on our listings.
Do you ship internationally?
For most of our listings, we will ship to the UK, ROI, France and Germany. If you are outside
this area, please contact us to find out about shipping charges.

How long can I expect to wait for my delivery?
Our standard shipping is 3 – 5 days but we endeavor to provide next day delivery.
Do I need to be home to take a delivery?
You don't have to be present for small items than can be posted through your letter box
for larger items either yourself or someone needs to be present to take delivery.
Where do I find out the sizes available?
All available sizes can be found to the right of the picture. There is a drop down box that
is titled select. Select and all the sizes available will be visible. Our sizing chart is
available through our home page.
Destinations: We deliver to most destinations within mainland UK and western europe.
Delivery time We'll do our best to process your order within two days and get your order
delivered within three to five working days of you placing it. If we think we'll go over
this time, we'll send you an email to let you know – please make sure we have your up-to-date
email address for this reason. If we haven't despatched your order within 30 working days
of you placing it because the goods are unavailable, we'll give you a full refund, with
our apologies. The money we owe you will be refunded directly to your debit or credit card.
We'll need a signature to confirm delivery, so, if there's no-one in, a note will be left
with the courier's contact details to arrange another time. If an alternative delivery
address from your home address is used, such as work, we will need a landline contact
number for that address to confirm delivery before dispatch.
