J S Shirts is a clothing company based in the heart of Yorkshire. We strive to make the eBay shopping experience as simple and straight forward as possible for our customers. Our aim at J S Shirts is simple, offer consumer’s fashionable tailor quality shirts, ties and accessories at high street prices.
We are all about the customer, with free postage and no quibble returns, we want to make sure our customers have a pleasant shopping experience. We always reply to messages and questions and work continuously with our customers to improve our service.
We accept the following types of payment:
- Personal cheque
- Postal order

If you live in the local area and would like to come collect a shirt we are happy for you to come get it from our offices.
Postage in the UK is completely free, on all items! Postage to Europe and the rest of the world is charged at £5 per item, multiple buys in Europe and the rest of the world will trigger a combined postage discount.
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order J S Shirts will contact buyers within 24 hours.
Items been sent to the UK are posted via Royal Mail first class, this usually takes two to three working days from when the item has been dispatched. If you would like the item quicker please get in contact with us to arrange postage via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Items been sent to Europe are posted via Royal Mail tracked Airsure service, this usually takes 5-7 working days from when the item has been dispatched. There is no quicker delivery option to mainland Europe
Rest of the world
Items been sent to outside of the EU are posted via Royal Mail International signed for service, this usually takes 12-24 working days and is traceable (depending on geographical location) from when the item has been dispatched. There is no quicker delivery option to the rest of the world.
We also place customs declaration stickers on the items stating exactly what’s in the package to all non European destinations. All customs duty and associated costs are the reasonability of the buyer not the seller
JSS can’t be held responsible for custom charges and duties.
Can I swap the shirt for a bigger size?
If the shirt doesn’t quite fit please get in touch with us and we are happy for you to exchange the shirt for a different size or colour

If you need the item quickly please contact customer services and we will make sure the item is sent out as quickly as possible via an alternative Royal Mail service.
(Please note that the buyer is responsible for all additional charges associated with faster delivery methods)
Can I come collect a shirt?
Yes you can come collect a shirt from our offices, please give us 24 hours notice before coming to collect shirts.
How do I know what size I am?
Please take a look at our size guides which are posted on each listing.
What if the item just isn’t me?

How quickly does the item get delivered?
Within the UK items are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. They are posted via Royal Mail first class service. During peak times of the year, such as Christmas delivery may take longer. Deliveries outside of the UK take between five and twenty-one days depending on location.
How do I return an item?

How long does it take for the item to be dispatched?
The items are usually dispatched within 24hours of the order been placed.*

I’m really not happy with the item, what do I do?
If you are really not happy with the item for whatever reason, please get in touch we are only too happy to help our customers
The JSS philosophy is customer satisfaction, if you are unhappy with anything to do with our service or any of our products please let us know. Customers have 30 days to return the shirts for either an exchange or refund. Return postage charges are the reasonability of the customer. In the unlikely event of your order been wrong or been faulty JSS will pay for all costs associated with returning the shirt.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice in with the returned item, and please indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange
In the event of an exchange please let us know the product code (found on the listing) and the size you require.
If you would like a refund we aim to reimburse your PayPal account within 5 working days.
If you have paid by any other method and would like a refund please contact our support team who are only too happy to arrange reimbursement by an agreed method.
