Delivery

All goods are shipped via the Royal Mail. All orders that are placed before 4:00pm on a weekday (Monday to Friday) will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 4:00pm on a Friday an on Saturdays and Sundays will be despatched the following Monday.

Delivery within the UK costs £2.50 and takes 2-4 working days from the date of your order.

Express Delivery (UK Only) costs £5.95 and takes 2 working days from the date of your order.

Delivery to Europe costs £6.95 and takes 3-6 working days from the date of your order.

Delivery to the Rest of the World costs £9.95 and takes 5-11 working days from the date of your order.

Customers are responsible to pay import taxes/duties at the time of delivery, based on your countries import laws.

Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, and must be unworn, in their original condition, with the packaging and any tags / labels intact.

The cost of returning an item to Urban Alpha will be paid by the consumer (you). When returning parcels to us please make sure your Certificate of Posting is stamped at the Post Office and you keep all receipts confirming your order until you receive a refund confirmation email from us. We also recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the items you are returning

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, any parcels not received at our warehouse will not be refunded.

Please allow up to 15 working days to receive your refund. If you have not heard from us within this time please contact us as you may need to claim a refund through Royal Mail if your parcel has got lost in the post.

Product Information 

We have made every effort to accurately represent the information and colours of products on this website. However, as colours vary between different monitors, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the actual product colour. 

We will take every care to ensure that product information and pricing are accurate at the time they are entered. 
All sizes and measurements are approximate and we advise customers to consult the sizing charts when ordering as fittings may vary, especially between different brands.

Delivery 

Once an order is placed you will be sent email notification that we have received it. 

We will endeavour to dispatch all items ordered before 2pm on the same working day (Monday to Friday). Once dispatched, items should be received within 2-5 days of placement of order.  We do not dispatch or deliver on UK or Scottish bank holidays. 

Delivery will be attempted according to the terms and conditions of the carrier. Any subsequent delivery attempts or refusal is the responsibility of the customer and as such all charges incurred will be passed on to the customer.

Responsibility 

The responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery, except in cases where the products received are damaged or incorrect products have been delivered by us. Liability for items which are lost or damaged after delivery will belong solely to the customer. 

Ownership 

Ownership of the products will pass to the customer on delivery of goods or upon receipt of full payment (including postage costs) being received by us, whichever is the later. 

Price 

Prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT; however, customers must be aware that there is an additional delivery charge to be added for all goods. 

Prices are liable to change without notice, however product price changes will not affect orders which have already been placed and an order dispatch email has been received. If the price of an item is reduced after an order is placed the difference will not be refunded. 

Cancelling your order 

Under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. To cancel an order you must inform us in writing (email, fax or post) within 7 days of purchase and return the item(s) to us.
