We hope you are happy with your purchase but if the item does not fit or is unsuitable you can return it for a refund. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges.

Items must be returned, unworn, in a saleable condition* in their original box in a secure outer packaging, such as a consignment bag or outer boxf. Please allow 5 working days from receipt of your return for the refund to be processed. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded unless goods are faulty (fault not stated at time of purchase) or the wrong item has been shipped.

*Saleable condition means that shoes must be returned in the same condition they were received as, unworn in their original box, with any original tags and packaging. When trying shoes on for size and fit, please wear indoors on a carpeted surface only.

When returning goods, please use a signed-for or registered service from the Post Office for your own safety. We are unable to accept a proof of postage receipt, as this is not proof of delivery. Please note that return postage costs will only be reimbursed if an item is deemed faulty, or if an incorrect item has been sent.

Unfortunately; items purchased from eBay cannot be returned to our high-street stores and can only be returned to our address above by post.
