Payment
Payment is required within 7 days of purchase. We accept Paypal, postal orders, cheques and telephone credit/debit card payments from UK customers.
Please write your name and address on the back of any cheque or postal order, make it payable to Boys2Men Footwear & Clothing Ltd and send it to Boys2Men, Big Yellow, 27 Rose Kiln Lane, Reading, Berkshire RG2 0JZ. Cheques are paid in to our Bank the day they are received, however, please allow 7 full days for clearance.

We accept Paypal only from overseas purchasers.
Postage
Despatch is guaranteed within 1 working day of cleared payment. Our cut off ime for same day despatch is 12 noon. We use Royal Mail postage services and normal delivery times are 2 days for urban areas and up to 3 days for some more remote areas. Special Delivery is next working day before 1pm. International delivery takes 5 to 10 working days depending on the country.
We charge a fixed postage rate for any number of items up to 5kg in weight delivered to the UK. We also offer a Special Delivery (Next Day) service for which we charge an extra £5.00. We may offer free postage on some items but if they are accompanied by a chargeable item the cost will be the higher. Individual items which weigh in excess of 2kg cannot be sent via Special Delivery. We will combine the cost of postage for overseas purchases up to 2kg and the charge will be the amount applicable for the total weight.
We will ship most of our items worldwide. If you would like an item shipped to a country not stated then just email us for a price.
All UK orders are trackable online unless free postage is offered and then the normal First Class service is used. Your Tracking Number is emailed to you when your item is despatched. If you require a Tracking Number for overseas mail you should purchase the International Signed For service.
Please accept that we cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail delivery delays and delivery times are only guaranteed with the Special Delivery service.

Lost/Delayed Post
Sometimes delays can occur and sadly, items can sometimes get lost in the post. Royal Mail however, "do not consider parcels to be lost until 15 working days after the expected delivery date. (this does NOT include Sundays or Bank Holidays), 25 working days for International claims and 10 working days for Special Delivery claims".
In the unlikely event that your item has not arrived to a UK address within 3 working days of the date of notification of despatch, please go to the Royal Mail website link provided quoting your Tracking Number and check the reason for non-delivery. If no information is available then please contact us straight away.
We cannot pursue a claim and replace an item or give a refund until the relevant amount of time has elapsed but we will do everything we can to rectify the matter in the meantime.
Undelivered Items
In the event that an item is returned to us by Royal Mail as undelivered, we make a standard re-delivery charge of £3.00 per parcel before we can dispatch the item again. This charge applies to any of the following reasons for non-delivery:
Addressee gone away; Address incomplete; Address inaccessible; Addressee unknown; Refused; Not called for; No such address
Payment for re-delivery can be made by any of our accepted payment methods.
Returns Policy
We operate a 14 Day No Quibble Refund/Exchange Policy. A full refund will be given for any item providing the goods are posted back within 14 days of receipt, as new, in the original *undamaged packaging, and the buyer pays the return postage costs. In order to qualify for a refund of initial postage costs, the item must be returned within the statutory period of 7 days.
When returning an item it is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items. In the event of the loss of a returned item, it is the sender's responsibility to pursue a claim against the carrier.
Please ensure that your item is securely wrapped, pay the appropriate return postage charge, and enclose the original Packing Slip (found inside your parcel) with a note of the reason for return. If you have thrown this away, please ask us to email you a copy or enclose a note giving your name and address. Please send your item to:

Refunds are made on the same or next working day that a return is received via the original method of payment.
- We appreciate that shoe boxes may become slightly damaged in transit, however, we cannot accept returns on items where the packaging has been written on, taped up, or in the case of clothing, where the bags are missing or have been excessively torn.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item then please return your item by following the same procedure as above. We do not charge postage to send your replacement item to you, however, you must pay the postage costs for returning the item to us. When completing the reason for return on the packing slip, please indicate which item you would like to exchange for.
Faulty Items
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 days within which to accept that an item is suitable, as described and without defect. In the unlikely event that you find your item to be faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately to inform us of the problem. We will ask you to return the item and after inspection and confirmation that the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will replace/refund and reimburse your return postage costs to the value of 1st Class Royal Mail postage.
